October 6th, 1967, we layed the Haight Ashbury Hippy to rest,
We believed it would be for the very best,
Adorned in flowers, we payed our respects,
To those who stood against institutions,
Those who believed in Peace and Harmony,
To those who accept eachother as well as the Earth.
Revolution In Peace
After the Hippie's funeral,
we asked all who joined the movement to start a revolution of their own,
To bring expanded consciousness to where they call their home,
To those who stand against establishment,
Who believe in Peace & Harmony,
Whose minds are open to higher levels of consciousness, through sexuality, and substance,
Revolution In Peace
We can create the search into expanded realms of consciousness,
We can transform our communities to higher levels of love, peace, creation,
